When I am jogging I am a loud breather. It is quiet embarrassing and I think it is scaring the neighborhood kids as I jog by their backyards. At first I wasn’t paying much attention to my breathing. Then I noticed that no one else is breathing like a monster—why am I. So I did a little research.
Yesterday, during my run in the hot and humid monsoon air, I was focusing on taming my beastly breathing habit. Once I found a pattern that worked for me I was able to jog longer, more comfortably and a little bit quieter.
